What a beautiful Easter weekend we had here! First of all, the week of weather leading up to Easter was wonderful (for Washington in April), mostly sunny, somewhat warm, and to top it off Saturday was perfect.
Luckily Saturday was our Easter with Linda this year and we seriously enjoyed every minute of that day. First, Linda took Brody and Kelsi to her ward's Easter egg hunt. Boy do they do. it. up. 1700 Easter eggs to find, each kid got 22 full of chocolate and GOOD candy. Not just jelly beans here. Then the host family cooks a gourmet spread for brunch. It sounds like they all had the best time. Here is a picture of Brody at the hunt. Bryce and I took advantage of being two kids down and worked around our house. We got a ton done, even pressure washed all of the outside cement areas. They are sparkling clean now :)
For lunch we headed over to Linda's house and enjoyed Honeybaked Ham and Smoked Turkey Breast with salad, asparagus, fresh homemade rolls and red roasted potatoes. Seriously, I want to write it down to preserve that menu for next year, we all enjoyed our selves so much.

That's a ton of eggs!! Sounds like so much fun for kids. And your picture of you and Mister at the top of your blog...you are HOT. :)
Thanks Steph! It's been awhile since Bryce and I had a good picture taken, I had to put this one up for all to see :)
We could not have asked for better weather - it was perfect. Your family is so cute, you guys sure do make some cute kiddos and the picture of the two of you is adorable.
Thanks Ali. And another perfectly beautiful day today, huh?! But I guess we are in for rain this week. Enjoy it while it lasts!
