We spent a few days in Chelan last week, it was so much fun. Definitely has to be a new vacation destination each year for us. The kids are crazy for the pool, gotta love Colton in his get-up.
The balcony in our condo. Great view, quick access to the pool, (heated and a jacuzzi too!) and we could even walk into town. We had so much fun.
Spent half a day touring around Leavenworth. What super fun we had there! I loved the Kris Kringle store (year round Christmas in that place), it was absolutely amazing. Except for Saturday, every day was sunny by afternoon, we loved the weather!
Colton and I, just chillin now that summer is finally here. Took long enough to get some hot weather, but was beautiful the day we drove home from Chelan. Still in vacation mode!

Looks like a great place. You've got a list of places you want to revisit each year, are you planning out your calendar now for next already?
So Lake Chelan and Leavenworth are near each other? Is that a silly question, are they even in the same town? We went to Leavenworth last January and loved it.
Good point Ali. Better get our reservations for next year already! Leavenworth is 1 hour away from Chelan. We are definitely going at Christmas also, I've heard it's beautiful then! My neighbor says they go about 4x each year. Next big Leavenworth time=October fest!
We went for Ice Fest in January. They still have their Christmas stuff in and it's a jammed packed weekend of family fun activities. We stayed in the Bavarian Lodge (town side view) which was right across the street from main square. It was awesome for quick bathroom and hot chocolate runs and it had it's own little hill for sledding if you didn't want to walk across the street. :) I think we booked in October for it.
